At this time, Made to Lather ships merchandise Worldwide. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Sales Tax:
Made to Lather charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website if the shipping address is in New Mexico.
Returns:
Made to Lather stands behind its product 110%; however, because of the nature of our personal care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on orders. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through delivery confirmation tracking, will be replaced. A monetary refund will not be given. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Made to Lather within 10 days of receipt for inspection. Again, a monetary refund will not be given. If we ship something incorrectly to you, of course, these items should be returned to us, and at our cost.
